Flights are operated using a Cessna 172 aircraft. This aircraft can accommodate up to three passengers (pilot + three passengers).

Yes! Shared flights are just as safe as the road transport you use every day.

Hvar from Above requires pilots to hold a CPL (Commercial Pilot License) and have a minimum of 220 hours of flight experience. Additionally, all routes are carefully planned by experienced pilots to ensure both maximum safety and an exceptional flight experience.

Yes! Flight sharing is regulated and legal in Europe.

The European AIR OPS Regulation No. 965/2012 allows pilots to share flights with passengers, provided they do not make a profit.

Shared flights operated by private pilots fall under European Regulation (EU) No. 379/2014, which supplements Commission Regulation (EU) No. 965/2012. Flights can be legally shared on non-complex aircraft and helicopters, as long as all passengers, including the pilot, equally share the flight costs. The number of passengers is limited to a maximum of six people.

Weight restrictions depend on the type of aircraft and the number of passengers. You will be required to provide your weight as well as the weight of all members of your group.

Weight is a crucial factor in smaller aircraft, so please ensure that you provide accurate information and adhere to any baggage limitations. Pilots reserve the right to deny boarding to passengers who submit incorrect weight details.

Small bags are generally allowed, but if you plan to bring a larger suitcase, please check with the pilot in advance.
